It is widely believed in the religious circles today, that Christ came to fulfill the Laws of God (by “fulfill” they mean, do away with). Effectively creating a division in the Kingdom of God by putting a Son against His Father.
They preach from their high stands saying; “it is ok to put the Old Testament vs the New Testament, the Old Law vs the New Law, the Son vs the Father”. All while teaching thousands of people to do the same.
Among the ancient Israelites, it was customary for the first born Son of a Father to take over the responsibilities of running the family business or continuing the work of his father. The first born son was groomed to walk in the footsteps of his father, to become a direct copy of his father, in manner and in speech.
In the case of yeshua. He continued the work His Father started way back in Genesis; Trying to get His people to repent.
At all times He was about His Father’s business.
I must be about my Father’s business – Luke 2:49
I and my Father are one – John 10:30
If you seen me, you seen the Father – John 14:9
I have not spoken of myself but the Father – John 12:49
